dave	d847d1836a	[svn r6001] Corrected the links to Survex files. They are now all correct, relative to the top level of the loser dataset. Caves in smk-system are linked straight to smk-system.svx as length of individual sections is of less importance. (I think every cave tagged in the last three years is in the database now, including the silly ones that have never been descended; the exception is 2003-06 = 161g as I don't fully understand the multiple entrances stuff so I don't want to break anything. First version; still needs work - it would be nice to split the first names and surnames and sort automatically, and there is provision for a summary row and column of no. of people on each expo and no. of expos for each person which aren't used.
