There was no expo in 1986.
Though troggle does have surveys dated in 1986, done by ARGE, not us.
This folder is used for TESTING, the logbook is a dummy
to test the logbook parser. This needs to be done whenever
-the software is updated, or
- the version of python or django changes, or
- any of the imprted packages chnages, or
- the version of the database we use changes.
