< p > This shakehole contains the fourth entrance to Steinbrü ckenhö hle,
discovered from underground by Earl Merson and Becka Lawson in 2001 during the
exploration of < a href = "../swings.html#entd" > Swings and Roundabouts< / a > .
Although it is sufficiently far from the the bivouac that it is not normally
used for exploration, it was rigged in 2002 and 2003 for use as a rescue
entrance, since it would be impossible to manhandle a stretcher through the
contortions of 204c or the loose boulders of 204e. It also makes for a fine
tourist through-trip from the 204a entrance.< / p >
