This shakehole contains the fourth entrance to Steinbrückenhöhle,
discovered from underground by Earl Merson and Becka Lawson in 2001 during the
exploration of Swings and Roundabouts.
Although it is sufficiently far from the the bivouac that it is not normally
used for exploration, it was rigged in 2002 and 2003 for use as a rescue
entrance, since it would be impossible to manhandle a stretcher through the
contortions of 204e or the loose boulders of 204c. It also makes for a fine
tourist through-trip from the 204a entrance.

This photograph was taken during a surface prospecting trip in 2003;
depicted are Earl (left) and David Loeffler (centre).
