Wookey looking up the unclimbed ice-column of question mark C0000-40-03 in Schneevulkanhalle of Schwarzmooskogeleishöhle. This is about 10m of vertical ice in late summer, but would apparently be much easier earlier in the season, before the ice had eroded this much. When seen in May 2000, the angle was much easier, more like 60 or 70° rather than vertical. The lead was not tackled on Expo 1999, as there seemed more promising things available. However, as more is explored and some geological information has become available, it looks increasingly as though this climb would be worth tackling.
