make missing paths so that noinfo/various data gets created and cave

index actually works. Comment suggests this is bad but I don't see why.
Also stop it being quiet so we can see what's what.

* Linked entrances now grab info (Entrance Name, Location Data etc.) from linked to cave.
* Link Entrances. These allow info grabbing for linked entrances to be done reliably when target cave has multiple entrances
* Initial cut at Autogen $area/index.html stuff. Currently disabled.
