caves which could be given to Robert to get real kataster numbers. Hope this will
evovle into a formal list of all the numbers we have ever assigned to entrances
and all kataster numbers we know about, wth bidirectional translations. We do need
to keep teack of the old numbers, otherwise log book accounts, etc. will cease to
relate to current documentation.
Sorry this is fairly unfinished - it seems to be a considerably non-trivial task.
