* Linked entrances now grab info (Entrance Name, Location Data etc.) from linked to cave.
* Link Entrances. These allow info grabbing for linked entrances to be done reliably when target cave has multiple entrances
* Initial cut at Autogen $area/index.html stuff. Currently disabled.

[svn r6001] Corrected the links to Survex files. They are now all correct, relative to the top level of the loser dataset. Caves in smk-system are linked straight to smk-system.svx as length of individual sections is of less importance. (I have a Python script set up which caverns them all and records the lengths and depths, but it takes quite a while to run.)

(I think every cave tagged in the last three years is in the database now, including the silly ones that have never been descended; the exception is 2003-06 = 161g as I don't fully understand the multiple entrances stuff so I don't want to break anything. There are also unconfirmed rumours of the existence of a 2003-11, but to be honest I just don't want to know.)
