[svn r5833] Script to generate Expo 'folk' list more smoothly. First version; still needs work - it would be nice to split the first names and surnames and sort automatically, and there is provision for a summary row and column of no. of people on each expo and no. of expos for each person which aren't used. (Which is fortunate: a bug in the latter means people get penalised one expo for going along and not caving!)
