Added some UTM info to the lasers doc, including a recent (2015) fix at laser 0/6

Currently the lasers.htm doc is pretty useless as we have abandoned using Gauss &
Kruger and the fixes meaningless in the current context.

the points in the table below haven't been translated (and neitehr, it seems have
